Called to Order 3:15pm
Jon gave condolence’s to family of Bob Sherwood, passed in Feb, we just heard. Attorney contacted linda, no money in estate, so home being marketed by Weichert. Dues will be paid when house is sold.
Billy Drew still having mail delivered and trespassing on property, Jon will notify Postmaster

Aqua thrusters needed repairs so larger variance on budget
Road Report
Livue fixed gate, places aqua thruster, will pick up asphalt for road and berm repair.
Derek noticed a dead tree near Judi and Ginger and new home owner. Jon will check whose property.
Livue will check drains for cleaning on Raffman and MLR
Street sweeper back in service
Aerators out around will be fixed need parts from granger
Clubhouse for winter due to freezing well
Good shape on lake water testing
Lake management already treated, aerators on March
