SUMMARY:Annual Dues Notice
DESCRIPTION:MORSE LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION \nCONSTITUITION AND BY-LAWS \nFISCAL YEAR JANUARY 1\, 2022 THROUGH DECEMBER 31\, 2022 \n  \nThe regular dues of this Association shall be $675.00.  The first half of the amount is due January 1st\, 2022.  Any member paying their dues in full by January 1st will be eligible for a $25.00 discount\, bringing the dues to $650.00 \n  \nIf not paid in full\, or the first half\, is not paid by January 15th\, a late fee of $25.00 per month will be charged until the full amount of the annual dues is paid.  \n  \n**For those members who have paid half of their dues\,                                                                              \nthe second half is due March 1st 2022. \n  \n**If not paid by March 15\, 2022\, late fees will accrue. \n  \nAny member failing to pay annual dues and/or assessments\, by March 15th shall be subject to suspension of privileges as of that date.  Such members shall be reinstated to good standing upon payment of arrears. \n  \nThe Board of Directors may take legal action on April 1st against those who are delinquent and fail to pay their Association dues and/or assessments.  If legal action is taken against any member for non-payment of dues and/or assessments\, said member shall be responsible for all legal fees/collection fees incurred by the Association. \n  \nThe Board of Directors may\, at their discretion\, arrange a payment schedule different from that noted above for any member who claims and is approved for hardship consideration.  Any such schedule must be in a formal agreement signed by the member and the Association President and Treasurer prior to January 1st and reviewed annually. \n———————————————————————————————————– \n Update your email and phone below: \nMember name:                       \n  \nProperty Address:                 \n  \nAmount Due:                                      \n  \nPlease include this slip with your 2022 dues payment made payable to MLPOA. \n  \nPayments should be sent to: \n  \n Linda Thornton\, Treasurer\, 37 Ridge Road\, Bloomingdale\, NJ 07403 \n  \nPlease contact Linda Thornton\, 973-283-1482 with any questions you may have.   \n  \nThank you.
